About Me
I am a highly experienced biostatistician with a strong clinical foundation, having spent 15 years as a physiotherapist specialising in childhood disability and paediatric rehabilitation. In 2004, I undertook a Master’s in Biostatistics, which led to a dedicated career in statistical analysis.
Natasha Bear
BSc Physiotherapy (Curtin)
Masters Biostatistics (Uni of Melb)
For a decade, I served as the Senior Biostatistician at the Child and Adolescent Service, providing consultation and analytical support for hundreds of research projects. My expertise spans a diverse range of study designs, including clinical trials, commercial studies, diagnostic research, risk prediction models, linked datasets, and longitudinal cohort projects.
In the commercial sector, I have contributed to protocol development, statistical analysis plans, Q-Subs, data monitoring, data analysis, and audits, ensuring robust statistical methodologies and reliable insights for complex health research initiatives.
